Pursuant to art. 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 we hereby supply the following information:
1. Personal data supplied by you either directly of through the registration procedures present on our website, will be subject to processing based on the principles of accuracy, legality and transparency to protect your confidentiality.
2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the laws of the above rules and the obligations of confidentiality provided herein.
3. the processing of personal data can be carried out with the help electronic tools, and in any case by means which are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
4. Providing data is optional, but any refusal to provide, in whole or in part, your personal data could lead to failure to perform the contract or to its partial non-performance.
5. Personal data can be communicated, for the purposes above outlined, to third parties, including legal or tax advisors, banks and transport companies, in order to fulfil its obligations hereunder. Data may occasionally be made available to controlled or subsidiaries companies, within the limits of the above purposes or for reasons of internal organization. Other parties may have access to data as managers or controller. In no case your personal data will be disseminated.
6. Although classified as sensitive personal data i.e. data revealing racial or ethnic, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, can be processed with the written consent of the person (if any) and with the approval of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Article 26 Legislative Decree 196/2003), in the manner and for the purposes outlined above.
7. The holder of this treatment is SOCOTHERM S.p.a. with registered office in Via Fratelli Gabba 4 – 20121 Milano Italy and operational office in Viale Risorgimento 62, 45011 Adria (RO) Italy. The controller of personal data is the CEO.
8. Please note that you can contact the data controller or processor to assert your rights, on the basis of the provisions of art. 7 of the "code" which is given in full below:
Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights
